Your Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled GTM Engineer to design, launch, and optimize effective outbound systems for our B2B SaaS clients. This role is highly technical and automation-focused, perfect for those who excel in startup environments and view outbound strategies as crucial revenue engines rather than mere lead generation.
You will integrate deeply into client revenue operations, taking charge of campaign structure, signal-driven workflows, outbound sequencing, and automation frameworks. If you have a passion for AI and are proficient in using Clay with agency experience, this role is your chance to architect scalable outbound systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound campaigns using Clay as the primary orchestration tool
- Create signal-driven prospecting workflows (including intent data, trigger events, and enrichment pipelines)
- Optimize and integrate the outbound tool stack (e.g., SmartLead, HeyReach, n8n)
- Accelerate launch timelines for new campaigns
- Continuously experiment with messaging, sequencing, and targeting
- Introduce automation to enhance performance and efficiency
- Manage CRM attribution feedback loops and iterative cycles
- Collaborate with Fractional CRO leadership on revenue strategies
Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Clay (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in outbound campaign architecture
- Background in a fast-paced agency or startup setting
- Strong grasp of GTM systems, lead enrichment, and automation processes
- Familiarity with CRM attribution frameworks
- Availability to work during US hours (preferably PT)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
- Knowledge of AI experimentation and workflow optimization
- Experience in SaaS or venture-backed startups
- Insight into CRO-level revenue strategy
