Your Responsibilities as a PMO Analyst

You will facilitate the successful execution of business change projects through various tasks, including:

  • Governance & Process: Maintaining project delivery frameworks and standards
  • Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking financials and supporting the development of business cases
  • Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and addressing potential delivery risks
  • Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high-quality standards
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Organizing meetings and cultivating strong relationships
