Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for full-time, in-person team members who are serious about a career in sales—this is not just a flexible remote SDR role. You must be a quick learner, resilient under pressure, and driven by a passion for growth. Our top performers arrive early, actively seek feedback, and rapidly adapt to challenges. If you are a competitive individual who is eager to learn what it takes to excel in a demanding marketplace, this opportunity is for you. This position is intense yet rewarding. We expect you to make 70-100 client contacts daily, follow up without ego, and bring the energy that drives results. If you prefer extensive onboarding and a prolonged ramp-up period, this role is not for you.

Consistent high performance could lead to a promotion to Partnership Executive (Account Executive) within three months.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (in-person)
Saturdays: 11 AM to 3 PM required for new hires during their first four weeks and for Partnership Executives (AEs)

Compensation
Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
On-Target Earnings: $150,000 (uncapped)
