Location: Our Athens office is located in Marousi. On-site presence is required for two days each week.

The Goal

As a key member of our global team, the Customer Success Engineer will be instrumental in managing the centralized communications for client integrations with both internal and external partners. Your role will involve delivering professional, accurate, and timely services while managing client expectations, triaging, and resolving issues throughout the integration process, and handling communication for B2B customers.

You are an exceptional communicator with solid technical skills and industry knowledge, enabling you to assist customers in efficiently implementing SportCast's product suite. Flexibility and a collaborative spirit are essential as you will interact with clients from around the globe.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage client integrations via Slack and email channels.
  • Respond promptly to all integration inquiries and testing requests.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to testing and integration environments.
  • Classify and prioritize issues for escalation to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and sharing of all integration documentation related to all SportCast products.
  • Stay updated with internal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Develop expert knowledge of BetBuilder products, business partners, company organization, and industry specifics.
  • Identify and recommend automation opportunities to streamline manual tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
