Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the installation and repair of exterior facade systems.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Field Superintendent in developing comprehensive project plans.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train team members, ensuring all safety standards and company protocols are adhered to.
  • Plan, monitor, and assess team performance, providing direction on application techniques, productivity, and the proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain open communication with client representatives to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and other trades as necessary.
  • Stay informed on manufacturer specifications and implement them across relevant projects.
