As a Collaboration Adoption Specialist at Netsync Network Solutions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement by driving the adoption of collaboration solutions. This position involves direct interaction with clients, focusing on training and providing proof of concepts to ensure optimal usage of our cutting-edge collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored adoption services for clients using a variety of collaboration solutions, including Cisco WebEx, Cisco Video Endpoints, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Collaboration SaaS Solutions, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Chat, and Zoom Events. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, implementing adoption incentives, and providing follow-up documentation.
- Generate and share “Tips and Tricks” on social media to foster customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to proactively manage renewals, analyze adoption metrics, and identify customer needs for successful renewal outcomes.
- Advise clients on leveraging collaboration solutions to address their business challenges effectively.
- Recommend complementary tools and applications to enhance customer retention and training on Collaboration SaaS solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, manufacturers, industry peers, and internal teams.
- Identify and communicate potential new business opportunities to the Sales and Solutions Architect teams.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Netsync and its OEM partners’ adoption practices.
- Stay updated on the latest features and technologies in Collaboration SaaS solutions.
