The Role
We are on the lookout for a Business Development Associate to collaborate closely with our Chief Business Officer. This role involves supporting the identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities that will be pivotal for the company's upcoming growth phase.
This position is perfect for an individual in their second or third career role who possesses a keen commercial curiosity, analytical prowess, and a creative mindset, complemented by a genuine interest in the convergence of gaming, sports, and entertainment. You will be at the heart of new business development, helping transform ideas, trends, and opportunities into well-defined strategies and persuasive partner presentations.

Responsibilities
Market & Opportunity Analysis
- Conduct research and evaluate new markets, formats, and business models across gaming, sports, media, and entertainment
- Assess opportunities by analyzing total addressable market, growth potential, audience dynamics, and monetization strategies
- Monitor and leverage emerging trends, including mass participation, creator-led competitions, new live and digital formats, distribution models, and platform shifts
- Support the prioritization of new business opportunities with clear, data-driven rationale
Ideation & Pitch Development
- Assist in generating ideas for new products, formats, partnerships, and IP extensions
- Channel that ideation into the development of high-quality pitch decks and materials for potential partners, IP owners, game publishers, platforms, and brands
- Ensure ideas are effectively packaged with a compelling narrative, strong visuals, logical structure, and robust commercial logic
