Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Possession of an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate is preferred (or the ability to secure it within 12 months). A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant advantage. Proficiency in software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, SAP2000, Midas Civil, EnerCalc, and MathCAD is highly desirable. Familiarity with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects, including their design software, is a plus. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. A genuine desire to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

We are actively looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Bridge Engineer in our Scranton, PA office.
In this key role, you will lead senior-level bridge staff in the analysis, design, and detailing of bridge and culvert projects for local agencies, State Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, under the guidance of seasoned engineers.
Your additional responsibilities will involve report preparation, field reconnaissance, and inspection tasks. You will also be expected to participate in meetings and conferences as required.
