Our clientele includes several prominent tech giants and unicorns from Silicon Valley, and the demand for our services is outpacing our current capacity. This role is essential for scaling our successful strategies.

Your Role
As a Strategist, you will be pivotal in our operations and the go-to person for our clients. You will be the second Growth Strategist on our team and play a crucial role in shaping our organization from the ground up.
While AI will handle a significant portion of media buying at Multiply, your role will be very active. You will be hands-on with campaign management, directly building and optimizing media strategies while collaborating closely with Blue.
Your responsibilities will include:
Determining the daily tasks for the AI
Defining human engagements for the day
Identifying future learning objectives for the AI
You will collaborate directly with the CEO, founding team, and our engineers to translate customer insights into enhanced campaigns and an improved AI product.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding and Strategic Planning
Lead the onboarding process for new clients
Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target audiences, marketing funnels, creative direction, and testing strategies
Establish clear metrics for success and set realistic expectations
Engage in hands-on campaign management, building, launching, and optimizing LinkedIn and Google campaigns
Oversee daily performance across client accounts
Execution Leadership Across Human and AI Resources
Collaborate with Design, Ad Ops, and Engineering teams to implement strategies
Compose clear creative briefs and campaign directions
