Role overview
The Associate Program Director leads project delivery across a diverse portfolio. This role manages projects with discipline and clarity, ensuring each effort aligns with program goals and established delivery standards. The APD plays a key part in shaping outcomes and driving impact across the organization’s initiatives.
What you will do
- Translate program strategies into tangible results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure they have the resources to succeed
- Identify and escalate delivery or partnership risks early, collaborating with Program Directors to address challenges proactively
