Key Responsibilities:Engage with project teams and clients to clarify project objectives, timelines, and budgets.Manage survey workload and uphold quality standards across all survey activities.Oversee the preparation of diverse survey plans.Conduct research using governmental and agency records pertinent to surveys.Generate deliverables, including field notes, electronic data files, computation sheets, and CAD maps.Coordinate the efforts of field survey crews and office staff.Adhere to safety protocols in land surveying.Establish and maintain strong client relationships.Provide mentorship and support for local survey staff training activities.Draft and review scopes, schedules, statements of work, and estimates for survey tasks.Collaborate with other disciplines to prepare proposals for survey services.Conduct needs assessments and recommend innovative technology solutions.Manage the archiving of survey records.Independently accomplish survey tasks with minimal oversight.Perform additional duties as required.

In this role, you will support the Survey Manager in executing a variety of survey assignments, including topographic and boundary surveying, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys, construction staking, and advanced technologies such as terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone surveys. Your expertise will contribute to vital civil engineering, architectural, and environmental projects.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring survey staff, performing analytical reviews of survey data, and ensuring quality assurance and control of client deliverables.
