Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 3 years in multi-family construction or a related field is preferred, alongside a bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management or a related discipline. Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, AutoCAD (for plan viewing), and DocuSign is essential. Recent and consecutive experience with Procore and P6 is ideal. Skills: Proficient in project application processes, issue recognition and resolution, and possess forward-thinking capabilities. Able to review and interpret construction documents and technical specifications. Attributes: Resourcefulness, persistence, respect, fairness, dedication, pragmatism, articulateness, knowledgeability, and reliability are crucial. Physical Requirements: This role involves desk and computer-based work, job site inspections that may require walking 1-2 miles, climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding, and lifting up to 15 pounds.

In this direct hire position, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects from the initial planning phases through to the final stages of construction. About the Role:

As our Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of multi-family construction projects. Collaborating closely with construction professionals, you will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are a proactive and organized team player with the ability to thrive under pressure, this role is tailor-made for you!

In this position, you will report to the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and/or Division Manager, and will step in to backfill the Superintendent and Project Engineer roles in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of subcontracts, payment applications, and project schedules.
  • Support project administration and maintain document control.
  • Contribute to maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in meetings with owners, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Foster professional relationships with industry partners.
