Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft detailed project plans for asbestos abatement initiatives, encompassing timelines, resource assignments, and financial projections.
  • Manage multiple site projects independently, coordinating complex tasks with precise scheduling.
  • Devise tailored asbestos abatement strategies based on site-specific evaluations and environmental considerations.
  • Guarantee adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local regulations regarding asbestos handling.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of asbestos abatement technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project-related documentation, including surveys, work plans, and progress reports.
  • Oversee field personnel, equipment operators, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct daily field documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Recognize contract requirements and potential changes in scope to mitigate challenges proactively.
  • Assist with cost estimations and procure necessary materials while negotiating with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in site assessments, gather subcontractor quotes, and support proposal submissions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for effective project management.
  • Identify and initiate improvements for operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic goals.
  • Support the development of cost projections and change order documentation as needed.
