About the Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated Account Executive who will spearhead our go-to-market strategies and expand our client portfolio. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to closing—targeting engineering-focused organizations that create sophisticated hardware and software systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape Flow's market approach in its early stages and play a crucial role in our commercial achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle: prospect, qualify leads, conduct discovery sessions and demos, negotiate deals, and secure new business.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of engineering firms, hardware companies, and aerospace/defense clients.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer insights and influence product direction.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Flow's platform and the technical workflows of our clients, especially how AI agents enhance systems engineering.

  • Represent Flow at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.

  • Work with leadership to refine our market positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably targeting technical or engineering clients.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including technical and executive audiences.

  • Excellent discovery and consultative selling abilities—you prioritize understanding customer needs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment where you can establish processes.

  • Familiarity with engineering, PLM, or requirements management tools is a plus.
