Role Overview
As an Account Director, you will:
- Drive sales growth by effectively engaging clients, managing opportunities, and consistently expanding your pipeline.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships in the UK and selected Nordic markets.
- Support the sales cycle by working closely with marketing teams, qualifying prospects, and aiding in closing deals.
- Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business leads.
- Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel's early stages.
- Assist in crafting tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
- Support senior sales staff in follow-ups, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.
- Track all activities in CRM systems and report on performance against targets.
- Represent the company at industry events with professionalism.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product specialists, and others to ensure smooth execution.
