Key Responsibilities:Utilize Rhino, Matrix, and other CAD tools to develop and modify detailed 2D and 3D jewellery designs. Assist the design team in crafting accurate and production-ready CAD models. Ensure that designs are aligned with manufacturing capabilities and technical specifications. Oversee end-to-end CAD projects, including new model creation and design refinements. Maintain high standards of precision, speed, and quality in design outputs. Propose and implement new design techniques, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet business and production needs. Effectively manage multiple design tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. What Makes You a Great Fit:Extensive experience with Rhino, Matrix, and jewellery CAD design tools. Strong knowledge of jewellery and diamond market trends and requirements. Ability to blend creativity with technical accuracy and production feasibility. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Experience working with design teams and managing CAD workflows. Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in design processes.
