Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels

  • Work collaboratively with internal logistics teams to resolve client issues
  • Keep clients updated on their shipments and any service alterations
  • Collect client feedback to enhance our logistics services
