Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor:
- Handle and document customer inquiries via our free phone lines efficiently.
- Accurately input customer inquiries, questions, and feedback into our customer service database.
- Address client complaints and ensure they are logged according to our company's escalation policy.
- Respond to support calls and emails promptly, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize open-ended questions, support documentation, and system training to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Provide solutions and recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.
