We serve students aged 7 to 18 on the autism spectrum and related conditions, providing tailored support through smaller class sizes, specialized accommodations, and experienced teaching staff trained in autism.
The Digital Academy (DA) team is committed to delivering impactful Information Technology (IT) and Design courses that resonate with our students’ innate abilities in technology. Our autism-friendly learning environment ensures that our students acquire vital tools and skills, empowering them for a successful future beyond school.
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Trainer to enhance our training offerings and help us achieve our vision of becoming the leading training provider in ICT for the autism community. Join our signature program as we evolve into a next-generation learning community fostering empowered technology leaders and learners.
As an IT Trainer, your contributions will include:
- Designing, developing, and delivering outcome-oriented ICT training courses across various technical and creative domains for our learners, educators, and staff.
- Collaborating with fellow educators and course developers to create engaging interactive and self-study materials, enhancing our blended learning approach.
- Communicating learners’ outcomes in ICT through their work portfolios and written assessments using school-adopted platforms and tools.
- Participating in a small development team in projects, leveraging your empathetic design thinking to build functional prototypes.
- Assisting in maintaining and improving our digital presence, including websites.
- Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures while actively contributing to departmental goals and KPIs.
- Providing regular status updates on projects and responsibilities.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.
