Role Overview
As the IT Systems & Operations Engineer, you will take charge of our IT support services, handling daily support requests and ensuring comprehensive coverage for our Los Angeles office. This role is a blend of hands-on user assistance, systems administration, and process optimization—ensuring a seamless experience for employees from onboarding to offboarding.
Collaborating closely with senior IT engineers and cross-departmental teams, you will uphold high service standards, enforce SLAs, and contribute to strategic projects including our JSM migration, Gleanbot AI deployment, and device compliance initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the IT support queue in Jira Service Management, ensuring compliance with SLAs and achieving high customer satisfaction rates.
Administer user accounts and access across platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on security, compliance, and user experience.
Provide local IT support for office staff, including in-person troubleshooting and hardware assistance.
