As a Lead IT Systems Architect at CGS Federal, you will be instrumental in spearheading multiple teams of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to transform business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into fully operational applications. You will leverage an enterprise-level vision and be accountable for mentoring and empowering the application development teams. In your role as a PEGA Architect, you will assist in developing and reviewing technical deliverables. An ideal candidate will possess the ability to establish standards, create repeatable processes, and design reusable components. A pivotal aspect of this position includes assisting in project planning, which encompasses developing timelines, composing technical teams, and optimizing resource allocation.

Key Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Serve as the liaison between the Lead Business Architect and the ITO PEGA teams, with the capacity to translate between technical and non-technical team members.
- Collaborate closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, along with Lead Business Analysts to convert business requirements into applications.
- Engage in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning events.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and support software testing efforts.
- Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation.
- Mentor Software Development team members as required.
- Participate in and provide support to customer success teams.
- Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with PEGA Smart BPM.
