Join our world-class IT infrastructure support team as an IT Support Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of cutting-edge systems that underpin national infrastructure. You will be instrumental in maintaining the operational uptime of critical biometric devices located at strategic sites. Become a part of a vibrant team dedicated to keeping essential systems functioning flawlessly, around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation & Configuration: Support the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices to assist project teams.
  • Critical On-Site IT Support: Deliver first-level on-site IT support on a rotational shift basis, which includes public holidays (7 am to 3 pm / 3 pm to 11 pm), guaranteeing the operational uptime of vital systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Escalation: Diagnose and resolve issues, providing timely updates to the Project Manager regarding significant escalations.
  • Proactive System Monitoring: Conduct daily health checks and inventory assessments to avert downtime and ensure all systems and devices are fully operational.
  • Technical Support Expertise: Leverage your practical experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and applications within a Windows environment.
