Responsibilities:Provide daily IT support across the organization, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and access. Manage and prioritize incoming requests through Slack, Jira, and other platforms, ensuring a responsive support experience. Serve as an escalation point for complex or unresolved technical issues. Set up and manage user accounts, access, and permissions across essential systems (e.g., Google Workspace and SaaS tools). Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR.

Role overview

The IT Support Engineer will ensure Masabi’s remote-first team enjoys a secure, reliable, and smooth technology experience. This position focuses on daily IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting employees across various locations.

  • Maintain and support day-to-day IT operations for a distributed workforce
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for employees
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to IT processes
  • Help shape the future direction of IT support at Masabi
