About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and solutions-driven IT Support Analyst to enrich our team in Mexico City. As the primary point of contact for technical support, you will engage with team members via Slack, email, and Jira, resolving hardware, software, and access issues to maintain productivity and connectivity. Your responsibilities will include managing device onboarding and offboarding, overseeing user access through Okta, and streamlining ticket workflows while ensuring thorough documentation and continuous process improvement. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations by collaborating with People Ops and external vendors to guarantee an efficient and pleasant workplace environment.

Daily Adventures & Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges
  • Oversee device onboarding and offboarding utilizing MDM tools (e.g., Kandji) and Apple Business Manager
  • Administer Okta for user lifecycle management and group configurations
  • Support and troubleshoot core SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Jira ITSM
