Join CGS Federal as an IT Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in the design, development, and management of IT projects within a major federal organization. As part of our Information Technology department, you will engage in project design, collaborate on project planning, evaluate resources, and execute management strategies for both new and ongoing initiatives. We seek a candidate with a robust grasp of Agile project management methodologies for projects of all sizes, who is also adept at leading teams and serving as the primary point of contact for project-related information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly define project scope and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Organize and facilitate project status meetings and working groups.
- Generate and distribute detailed progress reports.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as necessary.
- Initiate and promote continuous business process improvements.
- Lead team decisions regarding system implementation, modifications, and maintenance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business process documentation for testing and training purposes.
- Establish and uphold a coherent project management framework, advocating for best practices in Agile methodologies.
- Develop and execute an agile transformation strategy to guide the transition from current to desired states.
- Utilize standardized project performance metrics to evaluate program success.
- Support the adoption of Agile tools, guidelines, and metrics to standardize team project execution.
- Monitor project costs, ensure adherence to schedules, and maintain technical quality standards.
- Prepare analytical reports to assist agency discussions.
