Join Our Team as an IT Administrator / HelpDesk Engineer
At Universe Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Administrator / HelpDesk Engineer who thrives on bringing order to chaos. If you are the type who sees disorganized cables, missing access permissions, or malfunctioning printers and feels compelled to fix these issues systematically, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
Universe Group is rapidly expanding with a growing team and fast-paced offices. As we scale, we are reinforcing our helpdesk function to maintain the quality and speed of our internal infrastructure.
You will report directly to Yuliia Muts, our Head of Employee Experience. Collaborating with Kyrylo Nedosiekov, our Senior Helpdesk Specialist, you will not only resolve tickets but also develop a streamlined and efficient internal service for our 400+ team members.

Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding and offboarding: preparing equipment, accounts, access, and deactivation.
Issuing, returning, and tracking equipment and peripherals—ensuring everything matches perfectly.
Handling requests in the ticketing system: access, macOS, 2FA, VPN, corporate software.
Administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta (you will learn some processes on the job).
