Weekday is seeking an International Sales Associate based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role centers on enrolling students in premium TestPrep programs aimed at the US market. The position blends consultative sales with direct interaction, requiring close work with both students and parents to understand their academic objectives and suggest appropriate solutions.

What you will do

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final enrollment
  • Engage with prospective students and parents to build trust and understand their needs
  • Recommend programs tailored to each student's academic goals
  • Work alongside marketing and operations teams to refine sales approaches and boost conversion rates
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the customer journey

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with international clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting revenue targets
  • Talent for building rapport and trust with students and parents
  • Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
  • Open to working US time zone shifts from Bengaluru

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 (INR 4-6 LPA)
