Working closely with senior experts, you will contribute your technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to advance our research initiatives and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the discovery and evaluation of new technologies, products, or processes to enhance our offerings.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and scientific advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Design, prototype, and validate R&D concepts through modeling, simulation, experimentation, or proof-of-concept builds.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to guide new initiatives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in your assigned technical areas.
  • Prepare and disseminate research findings, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards in all R&D projects.
  • Engage in intellectual property development, including patent applications and technology disclosures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Top Secret clearance
  • DoD 8140 Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Life Sciences, or a related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in R&D, innovation, or applied research roles

Desired Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Life Sciences, or related technical field
