This role is situated within the COO's transformation function and represents a vital addition to the team.The RoleAs the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of multiple large-scale, intricate delivery programs spanning technology, operations, and business transformation. Your role will involve managing workstream leaders, ensuring accountability among delivery partners, and guaranteeing that programs are executed on schedule, within budget, and yield the desired business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOversee program planning, scheduling, and governance, ensuring that milestones are clearly defined, risks are monitored, and issues are escalated as necessary.Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external delivery partners across various workstreams.Prepare succinct and informative program status reports for Executive Committee and Board presentations.Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and readiness assessments.Identify and implement enhancements to program governance, tools, and methodologies throughout the transformation function.Qualifications6-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional programs.Strong skills in governance and risk management, with the ability to challenge delivery partners and escalate issues as needed.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing board-level program updates with minimal oversight.Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries.PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
