In our pursuit to prepare the Data, Research & Insight (DRI) function for an AI-driven future, we are seeking an Analytics Engineering Manager. This key role will lead data enablement within the Insight Products team, ensuring that high-quality, well-governed data is accessible for their use and that of their stakeholders.
This position serves as a crucial link between raw data infrastructure and end-user insight products. You will facilitate the democratization of data by providing high-quality requirements to our central Data Engineering team while also leading your own team in executing essential data engineering tasks to expedite delivery. You will play a pivotal role in the development of next-generation Insight Products, including AI-powered analytics agents and customized applications.
Direct Reports: 3 Technical Business Analysts, 2 Analytics Engineers

Qualitative:
- Data Trust: Enhance organizational confidence in data through superior governance, observability, and documentation.
- Seamless Collaboration: Foster effective working relationships with the Business Intelligence (BI) Manager and central Data Engineering to maintain a robust data supply chain.
- Community Support: Provide a solid technical foundation that enables decentralized users to successfully self-serve.
Quantitative Measures:
- Delivery Velocity: Achieve a significant reduction in time-to-market for new data products, powered by AI-assisted development.
