In the role of Inside Sales Executive, you will be a proactive sales expert specializing in telephonic sales, consistently closing deals with occasional field visits. Your responsibility will include building and nurturing extensive portfolios for various organizations while surpassing sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing;
- Identify potential customers through various lead sources, including cold, warm, and hot leads;
- Evaluate prospects against our product and service offerings;
- Engage prospects in discussions about their business challenges and propose suitable packages;
- Prepare and send proposals via email while adhering to professional standards;
- Maintain detailed records of prospects in our CRM (Salesforce);
- Provide weekly and monthly sales revenue forecasts;
- Offer insights to sales management to shorten sales cycles, enhance sales, and improve brand reputation;
- Act as a positive ambassador of the company in the marketplace;
- Conduct all sales activities with utmost professionalism and integrity.
