Position Overview
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our APAC Digital Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in accelerating pipeline growth, qualifying leads, and bolstering sales campaigns for SAP transformation initiatives throughout the region. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a tenacious attitude, and meticulous attention to data accuracy to enhance our regional market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Forge and sustain strong customer relationships while identifying their business needs to create a robust sales pipeline.
Develop and execute a structured call plan targeting both current and prospective customers across the APAC region.
Independently manage inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, and platforms like Teams and LinkedIn, systematically qualifying prospects from designated databases to meet sales targets.
Independently qualify, follow up on, and monitor sales leads with minimal oversight.
Maintain and optimize the Salesforce CRM database, ensuring data integrity, eliminating duplicates, and logging all customer interactions.
Deliver weekly Inside Sales progress reports to the reporting manager, showcasing pipeline status and campaign effectiveness.
Exhibit proven sales success by setting a target of at least three qualified appointments per week or contributing to quantifiable revenue growth.
Thrive in a desk-based, non-customer-facing role while effectively driving digital engagement and lead conversions.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to enhance campaign quality and improve conversion rates.
