NCS is searching for a visionary and technically skilled Solution Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of reusable solution assets that enable scalable platforms across various sectors. This role is pivotal, bridging pre-sales strategy, technical delivery, and the evolution of long-term assets—ensuring our solutions are robust, extensible, and comply with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution Sign-Off:
- Review and approve solution architectures for project proposals, ensuring alignment with asset strategy and scalability goals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape compelling technical narratives and validate feasibility.
- Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation of technical systems during project delivery.
- Sign off on deployed solutions to ensure they meet architectural, performance, and security standards.
- Asset Architecture Ownership:
- Design and maintain the technical architecture of reusable solution assets.
- Define architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and scalability models for vertical expansion.
- Work closely with engineering leads to ensure consistent implementation across use cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Act as a technical authority during client engagements, balancing innovation with practical delivery.
- Governance & Best Practices:
- Establish architectural standards, documentation practices, and review mechanisms.
- Mentor engineering teams on architectural principles and asset reusability.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of proposed solutions.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential technical risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure solution viability.
- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge to guide the solution development process, ensuring robust and scalable architecture and design.
