We are currently in search of a highly talented and creative Instructional Designer to spearhead the development and implementation of dynamic, performance-oriented digital learning solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to convert intricate content into engaging learning experiences that promote tangible behavior change rather than mere course completion. You will enjoy a significant degree of autonomy as you manage projects from inception to completion, continually enhancing the impact of learning on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development
- Craft interactive eLearning solutions utilizing contemporary tools (Articulate 360, video, AI-driven technologies, etc.).
- Develop scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences that facilitate real-world application.
- Ensure content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
- Project Ownership
- Lead eLearning projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.
- Oversee timelines, stakeholders, and quality to guarantee successful execution.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous enhancements.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Work in partnership with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs.
- Translate business challenges into effective learning strategies and solutions.
- Act as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Assess learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience across LMS/LXP platforms.
- Investigate and implement emerging technologies to boost engagement and scalability.
