Required Qualifications:Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of engaging with senior leadership. Extensive experience in vulnerability management, security engineering, and security consulting. Solid understanding of security architecture and popular security tools. Experience with threat management, research, and incident response. Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or AWS Solutions Architect. Experience with GRC/audit management and scripting/automation (Python preferred). Familiarity with tools like Qualys, Brinqa, Archer, ServiceNOW, and Checkmarx.

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Engineer specializing in Vulnerability Management to join our dynamic team at Hudson Manpower. This fully remote position offers you the chance to enhance the security posture of our organization while collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and support enterprise security tools and architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Enhance the vulnerability management program for affiliated subsidiaries, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Establish security environments and lead the onboarding of new applications and initiatives into the Enterprise Vulnerability Management Program.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding open vulnerabilities and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Conduct thorough security research to identify threats and recommend effective remediation strategies.
  • Proactively monitor security alerts and perform risk assessments to evaluate existing controls.
  • Support the development of security standards, procedures, and guidelines to maintain operational resilience.
