Qualifications: Active Clearance: Secret preferred Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Journalism, Visual Communications, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in graphic design or a related position Strong expertise in information design with a passion for crafting visual narratives and utilizing data to deliver impactful solutions Proficient in various design disciplines (e.g., experience design, brand development, information design, graphic design) to propose and create optimal solutions for each project Highly motivated to address end-user challenges, meet stakeholder expectations, and achieve business objectives Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Adept at meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving requirements Comfortable navigating ambiguity and guiding clients and teams towards clarity regarding project requirements A positive, open-minded approach that supports collaboration and teamwork A design portfolio is required for consideration

About the Role:

LINK is on the lookout for a talented Information Designer to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform intricate ideas and data into clear, engaging visual products—such as infographics, charts, wireframes, and prototypes—for both print and digital platforms. By applying human-centered design and design thinking, you will create intuitive solutions that align with our clients' objectives. You will closely collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their requirements, organize information effectively, and deliver impactful visuals across various sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to leverage human-centered design principles to tackle complex challenges and produce visually compelling solutions. You will collaborate with both internal teams and clients to grasp their needs, develop intuitive information hierarchies, and design materials that support their goals.
