Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Relationship Management:
    • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with influencers, including briefing them on campaigns and negotiating contracts.
    • Prepare quotations and optimize KPIs for client success.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the daily execution of campaigns, ensuring they are actively managed and aligned with goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to clients, including preparing final reports.
    • Leverage local insights, social media trends, and competitor analysis to continuously refine strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various departments such as planning, creative, and finance, as well as legal teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and appropriate documentation.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and support the social outreach team, ensuring clear objectives and performance expectations.
    • Provide guidance, feedback, and training to enhance team capabilities.
