Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on identifying root causes and executing effective solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in production data analysis, industrial engineering, or a related position. Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing or deployment sites as needed. Capability to work in both office and production settings. Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with a passion for optimizing production systems through data.

Role overview

The Industrial Engineer will take the lead in analyzing and optimizing production data at the Norcross, Georgia manufacturing facility. This role involves configuring systems and dashboards to collect, review, and interpret production metrics. By providing teams with clear visibility into line performance, the Industrial Engineer highlights trends and identifies opportunities for process improvement. The position plays a key part in supporting operational performance and guiding decisions with actionable insights, contributing to ongoing improvements in robotics production and deployment.

What you will do

  • Investigate production bottlenecks and quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data collection throughout every stage of production.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to spot trends, inconsistencies, and areas where processes can be improved.
  • Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and manufacturing teams to implement insights and optimize workflows.
  • Develop concepts to expand production capacity and enhance material flow at the workcell, production line, and factory levels, including the warehouse.
