Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and technology-savvy Implementation Specialist to spearhead the onboarding process for clinics onto the Adoreal platform. This crucial role encompasses project management, coordination with internal teams and clinics, and direct support with software configuration, workflow digitization, data migration, and training. You will be the primary point of contact for clinics, ensuring a smooth and structured implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

  • Act as the main communication link between Adoreal and clinics during the onboarding process.
  • Facilitate the migration of data from existing clinic systems in partnership with technical teams.
  • Organize clinic data to meet Adoreal’s analytics standards.

Software Implementation and Data Migration

  • Assist in the configuration and deployment of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, CRM, training) and clinic stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks, provide status updates, and resolve issues promptly.

Training & Support

  • Deliver training and onboarding support to clinic staff for seamless system adoption.
  • Create and distribute onboarding documentation, training manuals, and resource materials.
  • Monitor post-implementation adoption and address ongoing support needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with EMR and CRM platforms in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects successfully.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional project coordination and organizational capabilities.
  • Technical proficiency with EMR/CRM systems, data migration, and digital workflow tools.
  • Strong communication skills to guide clinic stakeholders through system adoption.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
