Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Implementation Project Lead to oversee the deployment of Optro’s software solutions. This role entails managing every phase of the implementation process, from the sales handoff to the successful go-live of the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build an in-depth understanding of our product to guide customers throughout the implementation journey, including kickoff, design, and user acceptance testing.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret customer requirements to tailor the Optro solution effectively.

  • Act as the project manager for various AuditBoard implementation projects of varying scopes.

  • Monitor project progress and coordinate client and internal resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering software implementations within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment, from project kickoff to go-live is highly preferred.

  • Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management, with hands-on involvement in implementing, configuring, or deploying audit, risk, or compliance systems.

  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to expert level.
