Our team operates from our downtown San Francisco office, with an additional location opening soon in New York City, while the majority of our staff is distributed between the Bay Area and NYC.
The Role
We are seeking an Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical complexities and customer relations. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end enterprise implementations from the signed contract to the platform go-live, collaborating closely with legal and marketing teams at some of the world's largest organizations.
What You'll Do
- Own complete enterprise implementations – Manage the process from contract signing to platform launch for legal and marketing teams.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping – Identify executive sponsors, key users, potential blockers, and champions within each client's organization.
- Build and manage implementation project plans – Establish milestones, assign owners, and set a weekly status cadence.
- Scope and sequence deployment – Determine the order of rollout across departments, regions, and use cases.
- Coordinate technical integrations – Oversee SSO, data flow configuration, API setup, and security reviews in collaboration with customer IT teams.
- Navigate organizational dynamics – Manage competing priorities among stakeholders to unblock implementation milestones and sustain project momentum.
- Create implementation-specific documentation – Develop configuration documents, initial training materials, and runbooks to support the rollout process.
