We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to expand our platform and deliver immediate value to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will support the pre-sales process alongside Account Executives during demonstrations, oversee the onboarding and implementation phases, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position located at our San Francisco Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Provide guidance and support in the implementation of Levelpath solutions for our customers
Assist in planning, building, optimizing, and scaling processes, assets, and systems (including Zendesk & Salesforce) to effectively serve enterprise clients
Create best practice guides and product documentation to enhance customer experience
Identify key stakeholders and develop relationships with champions within client organizations
Introduce new solution offerings to clients by collaborating closely with the sales team
