Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging directly with clients and understanding their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and market research.
- Gather requirements from clients and analyze their business needs.
- Facilitate communication across various departments to bridge gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Educate clients on product features and provide software demonstrations.
- Prepare pre-sales materials including brochures and presentations, and support the sales team with tracking proposals and client communications.
- Conduct extensive research on target companies, prospective clients, and decision-makers.
- Consistently drive revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Manage existing client relationships through effective communication and service skills.
- Clearly articulate product features and advantages to prospects.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Participate in sales and business development activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven inside sales experience, particularly in CRM or ERP environments.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to understand various English dialects.
- Experience working in international territories, especially English-speaking countries, with a solid understanding of the international market (e.g., USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, European nations).
