The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of delivering robust identity governance and administration solutions, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful deployment in a live production environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Leverage development skills to architect IAM solutions that effectively support globally distributed businesses, staff, and clients.
• Collaborate with IAM leaders and IT business managers to thoroughly understand business needs, enterprise IT standards, and other influencing factors that shape the performance and operation of IAM solutions and services.
• Design and engineer IAM solutions to ensure they operate in accordance with defined protocols, meet established policies, and comply with information security mandates.
• Develop technical IAM solutions while engaging with service owners, architects, project managers, global infrastructure teams, regional IT teams, and key IAM product vendors throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Integrate IAM systems with both proprietary and third-party applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and resource authorization, creating connectors between IAM tools and various systems.
• Collaborate with application developers and IT operations teams to design, test, deploy, and sustain enterprise-wide IAM solutions and services.
• Oversee quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of test plans/scripts, while resolving any deviations or exceptions for newly developed or enhanced IAM solutions.
• Work alongside the broader IT security, risk, and compliance teams to interpret and enforce relevant policies and standards, ensuring adherence by all IAM solutions, both new and existing.
• Participate in the evaluation, selection, and configuration processes for IAM products and services provided by vendors.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and system integration.
• Identify potential enhancements and create action plans to improve the implementation of current IAM solutions.
• Lead or execute daily, weekly, and monthly support tasks to maintain the global IAM environment, coordinating efforts with IT operations and regional IT teams.
Offshore Coordination Duties:
• Collaborate with offshore teams to complete documentation, implementation, production migration, and ongoing support.
• Ensure offshore tasks are executed to meet customer satisfaction.
Customer Security Liaison Duties:
• Advise customers on IGA/IAM aspects during implementation and ongoing operations.
• Present and discuss project deliverables with customers.
• Gather and coordinate feedback for distribution to various teams.
Skill, Experience & General Information Required:
Basic Technical Requirements:
• Proficient in CA Identity Manager and CA Governance Minder.
• Experience with programming languages and IAM solutions.
