Position: ICT System Engineer (100%)
In the Cloud & Security department, we operate and develop modern IT platforms for our clients. From Managed Private Cloud Services to Modern Workplace and Advanced Security Services – including hybrid environments.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our expanding Managed IT team to further develop our infrastructure and provide technical support to our customers.
Your Role:
You will be a key technical contact for our clients, assisting in the maintenance and advancement of modern IT infrastructures.
Your typical responsibilities may include:
- Providing support at the Service Desk for infrastructure and Managed Private Cloud inquiries.
- Collaborating on client projects in Server, Managed Private Cloud, and Citrix.
- Operating and further developing Managed Private Cloud, Modern Workplace, and Security Services.
- Administering Windows Server environments, Citrix infrastructures, Active Directory, and user rights including policy management.
- Monitoring and optimizing IT infrastructures and system landscapes.
- Supporting application and database operations.
- Working with various teams to continuously improve our platforms.
