Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?We are looking for candidates who possess:A BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental). Chartered status or actively pursuing chartership. A strong technical background in civil, electrical, mechanical, or environmental engineering with project management experience in the hydropower sector, demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency. Experience leading projects in one or more of the following areas:Hydroelectric design – both conventional and pumped storage. Hydroelectric construction. Hydroelectric commissioning. Team development. International collaboration with clients and partners. Preferred Qualifications:Membership in a recognized professional organization.

Join our dynamic hydro team as the Hydropower Lead. You will play a vital role in both the technical and business aspects of projects within our energy division. This position involves leading a high-performing team while focusing on international collaboration, particularly in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and India.

Your responsibilities will encompass various project stages, from feasibility studies to detailed design and site construction supervision, both domestically and internationally. Our clients range from large energy utility generators to private developers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing multi-disciplinary teams to successfully complete major hydropower projects, with an emphasis on client communication and delivery.
  • Lead initiatives for major hydropower projects by crafting significant proposals and engaging directly with clients.
  • Assist senior leadership in formulating business strategies for hydropower, informed by market trends and insights.
