Join our dynamic hydro team as the Hydropower Lead. You will play a vital role in both the technical and business aspects of projects within our energy division. This position involves leading a high-performing team while focusing on international collaboration, particularly in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and India.
Your responsibilities will encompass various project stages, from feasibility studies to detailed design and site construction supervision, both domestically and internationally. Our clients range from large energy utility generators to private developers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing multi-disciplinary teams to successfully complete major hydropower projects, with an emphasis on client communication and delivery.
- Lead initiatives for major hydropower projects by crafting significant proposals and engaging directly with clients.
- Assist senior leadership in formulating business strategies for hydropower, informed by market trends and insights.
