Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Formulate and execute innovative hiring strategies that align with the organization's growth targets.
- Collaborate with department leaders to proactively identify and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Build and sustain talent pipelines for essential and future positions to guarantee operational continuity.
- Elevate the employer brand and enhance sourcing methods through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and university hiring initiatives.
- Ensure an engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey while fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers.

HR Generalist Functions
- Regularly update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee records, and the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate offboarding for exiting employees.
- Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Support the performance management cycle with goal setting and development planning for staff.
- Oversee payroll processes and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify training needs and assist in the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, while managing HR audits and statutory requirements.
