Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership of your assigned organization to architect the growth and success of both members and the organization.
- Design structures aligned with the organization’s growth stage and lead change management initiatives.
- Oversee the entire employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and feedback culture.
- Define and execute strategic recruitment projects from a company-wide perspective, including developing hiring branding strategies, planning campaigns, enhancing candidate experience, training interviewers, and optimizing recruitment processes.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has over 3 years of experience as an HRBP, Recruiting Business Partner, Recruiting Manager, or HR Manager, actively contributing to organizational growth.
- Possesses a strategic viewpoint and has effectively defined problems and achieved results in fast-paced environments.
- Can respond flexibly to non-standard problems or uncertain situations and make sound judgments.
- Has experience in coordinating communication based on trust with both members and leaders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience automating repetitive tasks or enhancing team productivity using AI tools.
- Is proficient in utilizing ATS and HR systems to improve operational efficiency and recruitment experiences.
- Is familiar with the pace and rhythm of rapidly growing organizations and enjoys working in that environment.
Important Notes
- There is a 3-month probation period for full-time hires.
