Role Overview: HR Technology Specialist (Warsaw)

This role sits within the Global PX Services (People Experience) team. The HR Technology Specialist manages the HRIS (currently Hibob), focusing on data integrity, process efficiency, and supporting the PX team’s ability to scale and automate. The position is key to standardizing and improving PX processes across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the HRIS (Hibob): oversee data management, workflows, access controls, and system integrations. Lead transitions to new tools as systems evolve.
  • Design, implement, and improve PX Services processes to ensure an engaging and compliant employee experience.
  • Advance automation within PX processes, including exploring AI applications to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with PX teams (such as Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, and Solutions) to support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
