We are looking for an HR Operations Manager
Your primary role will be to take control of the tangible, measurable aspects crucial for the stability of our rapidly growing company.
What will you be doing?
- Global Payroll & Benefits: You will assume full responsibility for payroll data flow, collaborating with international markets and the Finance department.
- Single Source of Truth: You will develop and maintain a definitive source of truth for employee data (HR Reporting).
- Compliance & Audit: You will be our guardian of compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Process Engineering: You will translate our visions for People & Culture into concrete procedures and operational steps.
- HR Project Management: You will not only maintain the status quo but also implement changes. You will lead projects (e.g., new systems, automation, data migrations) from conception through configuration to the ‘Start’ button.
